Megan Bourke began her dance training at the Center of Performing Arts (COPA) under the direction of Jeanne Bonaventure. Following the closure of COPA, she trained at the CODA under Stephanie Faucette-Gremillion, Micaela Coner, Kendall Keating-Hardy, and Rachel Vierck-Amie, and continued training under Miss Rachel, Miss Kendall and faculty when The Coda became RAVE Performing Arts Company. Megan was a member of the Central High School Dance Team (The CHS Kittens) where she served as Co-Captain and won standout dancer awards through both American All-Star and UDA. During her time studying at RAVE, she worked as an assistant to the faculty and has spent the last two years training in the Co-Teacher Program working alongside Miss Rachel and Miss Chelsea while also substitute teaching at the studio. Megan is entering her second year at LSU where she is majoring in Kinesiology and plans to become a Physical Therapist. She hopes to incorporate what she learns as a Kinesiology major to assist her students in learning safe stretching and alignment practices. She is very excited to enter her first year as a teacher on faculty.
