Cayla Cole comes to us with over twenty years of dance training and experience. She began her training in Monroe, LA at Linda Lavender School of Dance. She was part of their competition team and a member of their affiliate ballet company, Twin City Ballet, for nine years. After high school, Cayla moved to Baton Rouge and attended Louisiana State University. While obtaining her Business degree, she earned a minor in Dance and was a student choreographer and active member of the LSU Dance Ensemble while also performing with Brian Watson's hip hop group. After college, she took part in the Walt Disney World College Program and later worked in their Entertainment Department. Cayla has recently moved back to Baton Rouge and now performs professionally with Baton Rouge's premier contemporary dance company, Of Moving Colors Productions under the direction of Garland Goodwin-Wilson. She also works by day in administration for Of Moving Colors, as a social media coordinator for Declare Hope, a non-profit for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness, and in event planning. She is excited to enter her second year working with the students at RAVE!
